Refund Policy

At Quick USA Drop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@quickusadrop.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Used, damaged (by customer), or items missing original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel or hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@quickusadrop.com.

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover return shipping — contact us for a prepaid label
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, email support@quickusadrop.com immediately with your order number. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In that case, you may return the item after delivery.
