Thank you for shopping with Quick USA Drop. We ship exclusively within the United States. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 4 business days
  • If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you by email

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states, including:

  • All contiguous 48 states
  • Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times may vary)
  • APO/FPO military addresses (subject to availability)

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order is processed and shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available at checkout)

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no hidden shipping fees for standard delivery.
Any optional expedited or priority shipping charges (if available) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking email for updates to appear in the carrier's system.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. QuickUSA Drop is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and all household members
  2. Look for a carrier notification or safe drop-off location
  3. Wait 2 additional business days — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered early
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  5. If still unresolved, email us at info@quickcartexpress.com and we will assist you

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and damaged items immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@quickcartexpress.com
     with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible claims

Do not discard damaged packaging — it may be needed for carrier claims.
